I think real-life experience deeply infuses any therapist’s work. I’ve personally known the pressures of financial stress, divorce, moves, being away from family, office politics, career change, not to mention the stress and uncertainty that the current political climate brings forth. I’m a wife and mother – I know both the joys and challenges of marriage and parenting.
I see my current career as an amalgamation of my past life experience, education and curiosity to find the uniqueness in everyone.
Therapy is a relationship built on trust. One of the most important aspects of therapy is the environment of safety; I aim to maintain this, above all. Therapy with me never involves judgment. Clients can trust that I will be honest, and maintain boundaries and confidentiality.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) policy for my business.
I do not use AI to record your session nor write notes. All documentation stays local except in the case of billing and insurance claims.
Sessions are provided through secure virtual therapy so you can access support from the privacy of your own space.
